This person will help support soccer merchandising at the channel level, working close with product, merch, and sales teams to determine the best product for specific accounts; will assist with product allocation as well.
The nature of the work is focused onconsumer insights, assortment planning, Go to Market, and product management activities.
Ensure merchandised assortments allow appropriate segmentation, deliver differentiation of the market place and drive incremental growth.
Finalize all category assortment plans and gain resolution against issues on flow, pricing and distribution decisions.
Work to ensure assortment category vision is driven to the retail floor and that end state is profitable consumer right assortments.
Optimize the planning and placement of products in the appropriate format.
Degree preferred, not a hard requirement. 5+ years' experience required in a merchandising role.
