Brand Merchandising

The role focuses on consumer insights, assortment planning, Go to Market, and product management activities. The objective is to ensure that merchandised assortments allow appropriate segmentation, deliver differentiation in the marketplace, and drive incremental growth. The position involves finalizing all category assortment plans and resolving issues related to flow, pricing, and distribution decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a merchandising role.
  • Detail-oriented, Able to work in ambiguity, Team player mindset.
  • Marketplace awareness.
  • Excel expertise.
  • Prior work experience in client's industry.
  • Applicants must be LOCAL and able to work directly for Artech on W2. No Relocation.
  • AV experience (assort visual).
  • Prior Retail/ In-store retail experience.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Optimize planning and placement of products in the appropriate format.
  • Drive profitable consumer-right assortments to the retail floor.
  • Support soccer merchandising at the channel level.
  • Work closely with product, merch, and sales teams to determine the best product for specific accounts.
  • Assist with product allocation.
  • Comfortable with public speaking, mostly to internal audiences.
