The Quality Control Technician is responsible for ensuring all products meet company standards for quality and food safety within a fast paced ice cream manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements while supporting production operations.Key responsibilities include performing routine quality control checks throughout the production process, conducting pre-operation inspections and swabbing, and completing internal audits. The position also requires conducting metal detector verification checks, coding verification, and providing production assistance as needed.This role involves accurate data entry and detailed record keeping of all quality checks and food safety controls. The technician will monitor and enforce company policies and food safety practices to ensure full compliance. In addition, this position will support the development and continuous improvement of food safety programs and policies, including documentation review and verification.
