Warehouse Manager

This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity offering long-term stability, autonomy, and the chance to drive meaningful improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support a small warehouse team to ensure efficient production and on-time order fulfillment.
• Build strong relationships by communicating directly with customers and vendors.
• Monitor daily performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve processes and productivity.
• Operate a forklift and assist with warehouse operations as needed.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of recent experience managing a warehouse or distribution team.
• Demonstrated success leading process improvement initiatives.
• Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.

Pay : $75,000-85,000 per year depending on experience

Schedule : Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
