* Verification and tracking of all material received, shipped, moved including quantity, size, and packaging.
* Safely operated equipment as needed, including but not limited to motorized forklift with various attachments (clamp, forks, grabbers).
* Ability to receive and maintain equipment certification fi applicable.
* Read and follow instructions
* Receive materials/supplies to production areas
* Collect finished products, inspect and prepare for shipping
* Communicate with material handlers, transportation carriers, purchasing, and management; via phone and or email and schedules deliver/shipping appointments.
* Verify all inbound and outbound shipments.
* Monitor status of inbound scheduled loads.
* Record purchases, maintain databases, perform physical inventory count, reconcile stock count to records, computes figures from records, such as sales orders, production records, or purchased orders obtain current inventory levels.
* Investigate and report reasons for discrepancies.
* Other duties, as necessary.
Qualifications
This role will regularly use plant machinery which certification may be required. This role routinely works around moving equipment. May need to get on and off equipment, stairs, this role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Employees are regularly required to stand, walk; use hands/fingers to type, hold, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
