Be the First Smile Guests See in Portland.Do you enjoy driving, meeting new people, and creating a welcoming guest experience?The Holiday Inn Portland Airport is looking for a friendly, dependable, and service-focused Airport Shuttle Driver to join our hospitality team. In this role, you'll safely transport guests to and from Portland International Airport while delivering outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting first impression.This is more than just a driving job — you'll play an important role in creating a clean, welcoming, and helpful environment for our guests throughout the hotel.What You'll DoGuest Transportation & ServiceSafely transport guests between the hotel and Portland International Airport.Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage.Provide excellent customer service and local area information.Communicate with the Front Desk regarding shuttle schedules and guest needs.Help create a positive arrival and departure experience for every guest.Vehicle Safety & MaintenanceConduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the shuttle vehicle.Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and hotel procedures.Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.Hotel Guest Support During DowntimeWhen not actively driving, you'll help maintain a welcoming guest environment by:Assisting guests with directions and general requests.Helping maintain cleanliness in lobby and entrance areas.Picking up debris or trash when needed.Supporting lobby presentation and guest amenities.Providing visible guest service support throughout the property.What We're Looking ForOpen Availability - Early Mornings, Evenings, Nights, Weekends & Holiday's.Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused personality.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Ability to meet insurance and background check requirements.Strong communication and professionalism.Dependable and punctual work ethic.Ability to work independently and stay productive during downtime.Previous hotel, transportation, or customer service experience preferred.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift and assist with luggage up to 50 lbs.Ability to sit for extended periods while driving.Ability to stand, walk, and assist with light cleaning tasks as needed.Why Join Our TeamWork for a globally recognized hospitality brand.Hotel discounts through IHG Hotels & Resorts.Supportive team environment.Opportunity for growth within hospitality operations.Apply TodayIf you enjoy helping people, take pride in safe driving, and want to be part of a hospitality team that values guest service and teamwork, we'd love to meet you.Equal Opportunity EmployerWe are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
