Trainees receive paid training that will provide you with the skills needed to answer 9‑1‑1/non‑emergency calls and dispatch police, fire, medical and mental health responders. No previous experience is expected or required. The work of 9‑1‑1 is fast‑paced and rewarding but often performed under stressful demands for speed and accuracy.
