What You'll Do
Line Cooks ($1000 Sign On Bonus)!
• Prepare and plate meals with fresh, high-quality ingredients
• Exercise creativity and maintain the Gold Standard in presentation
• Educate residents and team members about healthy food options
• Support both day and evening service with consistency and care
Servers
• Greet residents and guests by name to create a welcoming experience
• Take orders, answer menu questions, and serve meals and beverages
• Ensure the dining room is clean, attractive, and running smoothly
• Provide excellent hospitality during daily meals and special events
What We're Looking For
• Commitment to Touchmark's values: excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds and stay on your feet for extended periods
• Line Cooks: At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume kitchen (sauté, grill, pasta, and fish experience preferred)
• Willingness to work weekends and occasional holidays
