They will work in close partnership with the Outlet Team to ensure all maintenance needs are met and are held to RH standards.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES* Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day* Plan, coordinate and oversee facility maintenance, repair, and housekeeping operations* Ensure the upkeep and functionality of all facility areas, including the building exterior and interior, grounds, systems, and storage structures* Manage preventive maintenance programs for equipment and operational assets, including doors, carts, dollies, tools, and ladders* Minimize operational disruptions through effective prioritization, scheduling, and execution of preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance activities* Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by upholding OSHA and HAZMAT standards and requirementsOUR REQUIREMENTS* Demonstrate a commitment to Quality with exceptional attention to detail* Perform preventive maintenance and repair activities* Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement practical solutions* Demonstrate strong communication, organization and project management skills* Manage multiple priorities and execute effectively in a fast-paced environmentOUR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS* Lift and mobilize items up to 75 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques* Maneuver effectively around Outlet floor, stock room and office* This role entails prolonged standing, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing
