Full Time Seasonal Spanish Immersion Teaching AssistantInternational School of Portland is hiring for 2026 Summer Camp. We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced seasonal full‑time Spanish immersion teaching assistants to join our team.DatesSession 1: June 22 – July 3Session 2: July 6 – July 17Session 3: July 20 – July 31Hours7:30 am – 4:00 pm, Monday–Friday. All specialists must participate in training in May and/or June.Pay RateTeacher Assistant (Returning or Assistant II): $22.00 per 2‑week sessionTeacher Assistant (New or Assistant I): $21.00 per 2‑week sessionResponsibilitiesAssist lead teachers in supervising campers in the classroom, playground, and on field trips.Communicate with families and camp director.Assist with special events and support lead teacher by enforcing class rules, distributing materials, and aiding teaching when appropriate.QualificationsEligible to work in the USA.Fluent in Spanish.At least 3 months experience working with children, preferably in a camp or school setting.Support the mission and vision of The International School of Portland.Demonstrate enthusiasm, creativity, responsibility, and a passion for teaching young language learners.How to ApplyComplete the employment application.Include current resume.(Optional) Submit copies of training certificate(s), college degree(s), etc.Employment is contingent on successful completion of the Oregon Early Learning Division Office of Child Background Check.Salary: $20 – $22 per hour.#J-18808-Ljbffr
