SummaryThe Inventory Specialist is responsible for executing and overseeing the cycle counting process to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our product. New hires usually earn between $51,400 and $58,800 annually, or more, depending on experience, overtime hours, and bonuses.ResponsibilitiesEnsure the accuracy of all shipping documents, gather and maintain all data relative to shipping activitiesConducting and managing the physical inventory process of all products.Monitor and/or conduct physical inventory counts, analyze variances and reconcile discrepancies. Determine the inventory difference and implement applicable appropriate corrective actions.Conducting cycle counting and must be comfortable completing it on a daily basis.Operate equipment such as forklift, overhead crane, pallet jacks and more safely and efficiently.Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work environment.Perform additional duties as required and/or requested.Education and/or Experience RequirementsHigh School Education or equivalent required.1 year of inventory experience required1-2 years of Warehouse experienceOne (1) year of experience operating a ForkliftAbility to use a computer or tablet a plusGood communication skillsGood organizational skillsAbility to follow instructions and work under pressurePhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
