Product Logistics Clerk (Retail Experience Required)
Location: Beaverton, OR
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9am-4pm
Pay: $19
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Product Logistics Clerk to support product handling and inventory processes in a fast-paced warehouse and studio environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring products are accurately received, tracked, staged, and shipped to support production timelines. Candidates must have prior retail experience and thrive in a high-volume setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound product flow, including receiving, staging, inventory put-away, and shipping
- Prepare and organize merchandise for daily production and scheduled tasks
- Partner with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate movement of products
- Track and monitor inventory using both physical and digital systems to maintain accuracy
- Inspect merchandise for quality and report any issues to supervisors
- Maintain organized inventory storage areas and ensure overall cleanliness
- Support pre-production processes and meet established timelines and priorities
- Assist with inventory audits, tracking, and product lifecycle management, including liquidation
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support team operations
- Required: Previous retail experience (stockroom, sales floor, or inventory-focused roles)
- 2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory environments preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using computer systems; Excel experience is a plus
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift
