Operations Administrative Assistant And Inventory Control Coordinator U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships. The Operations Administrative Assistant and inventory control coordinator performs varied duties such as cash handling, facility filing, personnel onboarding, and support the operation directed by management. Must be able to follow procedures with minimal direction and work independently, utilizing professional judgment and interpersonal skills. This position will also be responsible for working with inventory control for our tire stock. This includes lifting and moving tires that weigh 30-80 pounds and working on a lift with our tire racking system that goes up to 25' high. Attention to detail with numbers and strong organizational skills are necessary. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm with rotating Saturdays. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.Job Responsibilities Perform varied duties such as screening mail, maintaining COD files and recordsUtilize a computer to generate general correspondence, reports, and spreadsheetsAssist with new hire onboardingAssist with team member's system loginsVerify Driver collection bagsMay assist with covering dispatch and will call, including breaks and lunchesDaily deposits, collect past due accounts, and assist with clearing COD's (Cash on Delivery)Maintain office and cleaning suppliesWillingness to provide moderate housekeeping of office and breakroomMay assist with planning company activities, i.e. wellness fairs, job fairs, facility eventsMay run errands and make daily bank runs for depositsMay assist with inventory and ECOMM needsAdheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codesMay need to travel occasionally to other site locations for training and observationThe duties listed in this job description are not exhaustive.
