Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently load and unload materials within the warehouse or storage area.

• Accurately pick, pack, scan, and kit products to fulfill customer orders.

• Use barcode scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure precise inventory tracking.

• Count and verify all products for accuracy.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace following the 7S methodology.

• Collaborate with team members to uphold safety standards and ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience.

• Proficiency with handheld scanning devices and operation of material handling equipment such as electric and manual pallet jacks, carts, and tugs.

• Physical ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods, with capacity to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pushing, and pulling tasks.

• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs, including items of various shapes and sizes.

• Positive attitude, excellent teamwork, and communication skills.

• Comfort working in varying temperature conditions.

• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn inventory management systems.

• Professional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Access to protective footwear on day one; PPE will be provided.

• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime if necessary.

Pay Details: $18.75 to $23.25 per hour
