Production Operator

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire Production Operator opportunity with long-term career potential.

Production Operator Job Duties:

1. Operate production machinery used to manufacture rubber seals
2. Follow written work instructions
3. Perform visual inspections to identify defects and verify finished products meet quality standards.
4. Safely operate heated press equipment (approximately 320°F) while using required PPE.

Production Operator Requirements:

1. Comfortable working around heated machinery and warm production environments.
2. Able to wear required personal protective equipment, including heat-resistant gloves and arm sleeves.
3. Strong attention to detail to ensure proper alignment and quality of rubber seals.
4. Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout a 10-hour shift.

Schedule:

Day Shift: Monday to Thursday 6am- 4:30pm

Swing Shift: Monday to Thursday 4:15pm-2:45am

Pay:

• Day $17.00
• Swing: $17.75
