As a Shipping & Receiving Support Clerk III, you will play a key role in daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer support. This position requires accuracy, efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently
• Commitment to workplace safety and compliance
• Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented mindset
• Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift certification is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment
• Receive, stock, store, and distribute inventory accurately
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing products
• Process and invoice purchase orders
• Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems
• Assist customers picking up orders and provide basic customer service
• Navigate multiple systems and websites to complete daily tasks
• Prioritize work effectively while meeting deadlines
• Identify and resolve routine operational issues within assigned areas
• Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Frequently lift and carry 10-20 pounds throughout the shift
• Ability to bend, reach, climb ladders, and perform physical warehouse activities
• Stand and walk for extended periods during the workday
