Warehouse Inventory SpecialistLocation: Tualatin, ORSummary: The Inventory Specialist is responsible for executing and overseeing the cycle counting process to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our product. Primary focus will be on conducting regular, systematic counts of inventory items, maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory, identifying discrepancies and implementing efficient inventory control procedures.Work Hours: Monday to Friday 07:00 AM–05:00 PM; 2 Saturdays per month 08:30 AM–12:00 PMSeniority Level: AssociateEmployment Type: Full-timeCompensation: This hourly, non-exempt position pays from $20 to $23 per hour, with overtime compensated at 1.5 times the base rate. New hires usually earn between $51,400 and $58,800 annually, depending on experience, overtime hours, and bonuses.To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities:Ensure the accuracy of all shipping documents and maintain data relative to shipping activitiesConduct and manage the physical inventory process of all productsMonitor and/or conduct physical inventory counts, analyze variances and reconcile discrepancies; determine the inventory difference and implement corrective actionsCarry out cycle counting on a daily basisOperate equipment such as forklift, overhead crane, pallet jacks and more safely and efficientlyMaintain a clean, neat, and organized work environmentPerform additional duties as requiredEducation and/or Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent1 year of inventory experience1-2 years of warehouse experienceOne (1) year of forklift operation experienceAbility to use a computer or tablet (preferred)Good organizational skillsAbility to follow instructions and work under pressurePhysical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to perform the essential functions of this job.
