Intermodal Drayage Trucking Operations DispatcherEagle Systems Inc is seeking an addition to our team who possesses strong communication skills and enjoys a fast-paced environment. This position involves dispatching and support opportunities for our intermodal drayage trucking operations in the Vancouver, WA/Portland, OR market.Responsibilities Include:Order entryScan driver paperwork, file driver paperwork according to date rangesEnsure all equipment is compliant with a focus on all safety areas and supporting paperworkWork closely with dispatcher scheduling appointmentsWork to collect customer orders and process billing and purchase transportationMonitoring system for proper updates from drivers and confirming that proper paperwork has been uploadedInteract with multiple customers daily-written and verbalRequirementsKnowledge of ports and railroadsDependable, motivated & detail orientedMust have strong customer service and organizational skillsStrong organizational follow-up and interpersonal/communication skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong technology/computer skillsAbility to multitask and operate in high stress environmentsAbility to work independently and demonstrate problem-solving skillsWillingness to work with others, excel in a team environmentWilling to take on new tasks and opportunities as they ariseSelf-starter, able to execute duties with minimum supervisionHours: MondayFriday, based in officeCompensation: $20-$24 per hour/based on experienceWe offer a comprehensive benefits package for all full-time employees which offers Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription, Employer Paid Life Insurance, Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation and Paid Sick Time.
