Cintas is seeking to hire a Compliance Specialist who will oversee all efforts surrounding location (or region) compliance, related to Safety, and/or Fleet. The Compliance Specialist will ensure audit compliance for area(s) of expertise along with auditing and monitoring data, systems, and processes for compliance to policies and laws. Teaches, trains, and educates partners regarding compliance items, including current SOPs, revised SOPs or polices, and new policies or procedures. Stays well-informed on any regulatory changes and cascades the information to location(s) supported. Responsible for due diligence of our Third-Party Risk Management providers. Key responsibilities include making immediate decisions for corrections regarding OSHA, DOT, Local and/or State ordinances. Negotiates pricing for preventative maintenance, repairs, and towing. Establishes annual fleet spend and manages monthly spend ensuring the location stays within budget. Prepares and/or maintains moderately complex documents (could pertain to safety, fleet, reliability, quality, and any other documentation relating to business compliance). Gathers and summarizes data for reports and members of management. Strategizes plans for improvement and implements plans with the help of other partners. Ensures Cintas meets all requests (internal and external) in a thorough and timely manner by maintaining all relevant documentation in a professional, organized, and compliant manner. Supports others by carrying out safety, health, and environmental tasks using established procedures and implementing new procedures. Manages workers compensation and auto accident investigations.
Skills/Qualifications Required: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Minimum 1 - 2 years business experience.
