Warehouse AssociateAs a CBRE Warehouse Associate, you'll provide service and support to the warehouse by handling shipping and receiving tasks. This job is part of the Supply Chain function. They are responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of the organization's supply chain. Located on site in Tualatin M-F 7AM-4PMWhat You'll DoInventory & Stockroom OperationsManage day-to-day stockroom operations supporting semiconductor manufacturing tools and maintenance teamsMaintain accurate inventory levels and locations for critical MRO spare partsExecute cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations to ensure high inventory accuracyMonitor stock against min/max levels, reorder points, and lead timesIdentify and escalate shortages for high-criticality parts to prevent production downtimeEnsure stockroom organization meets safety, efficiency, and traceability standardsSystems & Data ManagementUtilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for purchase orders, inventory transactions, and reportingOperate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for receiving, put-away, picking, and issuing materialsMaintain accurate part master data, supplier records, and inventory parametersGenerate reports and insights related to inventory usage, trends, and risk exposurePurchasing & Supplier CoordinationCreate and manage purchase requisitions and orders for MRO materialsTrack open orders and proactively expedite critical partsPartner with CBRE procurement and client stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and cost controlResolve discrepancies related to shipments, quality, or invoicingWarehouse ExecutionCoordinate receiving, inspection, and storage of incoming materialsEnsure proper handling of sensitive semiconductor components (ESD compliance where applicable)Support kitting, staging, and distribution of parts to maintenance teamsMaintain clean, safe, and compliant warehouse operations aligned with CBRE and client standardsContinuous Improvement & Risk MitigationEvaluate inventory based on part criticality, lead time, and tool impactRecommend improvements to stocking strategies and supplier performanceSupport process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service deliveryParticipate in audits and ensure compliance with client and CBRE operational requirementsWhat You'll NeedDriving a company vehicle will need a valid Drivers license to run a MVR High School Diploma or GED • 3–5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, MRO stockroom, or supply chain environments • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and WMS platforms • Background in purchasing, inventory control, and material planning • Strong understanding of warehouse workflows and logistics processes • High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and compliance • Ability to work independently in a self-directed, fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) Physical requirements to include stooping, standing, climbing, and frequent lifting of a minimum of 50 lbs.
