The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with dough lamination and making high-quality breakfast pastries, including croissants, danishes, and other laminated pastries. Were looking for someone who: Has professional baking experience Is skilled in laminated doughs and dough lamination Has experience making breakfast pastries Pays close attention to detail and consistency Works well in a fast-paced kitchen Takes pride in quality and presentation Starts at $17.00/hour but could be higher DOE Shifts are early morning, 5 day weeks 7:00am - 3:30pm, Sun-Fri (Saturday and one week day off) 5:00am - 1:30pm, Sun-Fri (Saturday and one week day off) Compensation details: 17 Hourly Wage PI[phone removed]e-38[phone removed]
