Warehouse Associate Swing Shift

Starting Rate ($17.00-$19.68) Up to $1.43/hour increase earnable in monthly team bonus opportunities

Shift Start Time - 11:30am Monday Friday

Accountabilities:

• Check available stock using computer system
• Pull customer orders and processes as required
• Prepare Shipping Documents
• Scan or input accurate information into the WCM computer system using scanners
• Assist with processing shipping labels and checking order for accuracy
• Assist shipping/receiving in loading and unloading of product from carrier trailers
• Ability to operate material handling equipment
• Create reports and perform data entry of inventory transactions
• Coordinate with the shipping lead for exception processing, or problem escalation and resolution
• Demonstrate proper and safe operation of equipment
• Works under direct oversight
• Physically double-checks order to verify correct product
• Performs cycle counts of inventory
• Completes all training and training checklist
• Other tasks as assigned

Start in the role of: Packager 1. Multiple opportunities for advancements with pay increases on the following advancement track - Packager 1 - Packager 2 - Picker 1 - Picker 2 - Loader 1 - Loader 2

• Understands measurements and measurement tools including use of gages, tape measures and micrometers
• Ability to use WCM information system as needed in position

• Must have the ability to physically perform shipping and receiving processes and move parts from work center to work center. Will operate forklift and other automated or manually operated equipment as necessary.

Physical Requirements:

Performs physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and frequent movement of the whole body, such as climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds, balancing and handling of material
