Warehouse Associate – Swing ShiftStarting Rate ($17.00-$19.68) Up to $1.43/hour increase earnable in monthly team bonus opportunitiesShift Start Time - 11:30am Monday – FridayAccountabilities:Check available stock using computer systemPull customer orders and processes as requiredPrepare Shipping DocumentsScan or input accurate information into the WCM computer system using scannersAssist with processing shipping labels and checking order for accuracyAssist shipping/receiving in loading and unloading of product from carrier trailersAbility to operate material handling equipmentCreate reports and perform data entry of inventory transactionsCoordinate with the shipping lead for exception processing, or problem escalation and resolutionDemonstrate proper and safe operation of equipmentWorks under direct oversightPhysically double-checks order to verify correct productPerforms cycle counts of inventoryCompletes all training and training checklistOther tasks as assignedMeasurements:Accuracy in pulling product for shipment-low/no errorsProductivitySafety statisticsSanitary work environmentStart in the role of: Packager 1. Multiple opportunities for advancements with pay increases on the following advancement track - Packager 1 - Packager 2 - Picker 1 - Picker 2 - Loader 1 - Loader 2Skills/Key Competencies:Understands measurements and measurement tools including use of gages, tape measures and micrometersAbility to use WCM information system as needed in positionAccurate record keeping as it relates to receiving/slottingOrganizedForkliftStrong work habitsProblem solverTeam playerRequires legible handwriting, organizational ability, attention to detail, and accuracy in the handling of parts and maintaining records.Must have the ability to physically perform shipping and receiving processes and move parts from work center to work center.
