Luxury Apartment Leasing Consultant

Portland, OR | Full-Time | $20/hour
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our luxury apartment community in Portland, Maine.

The ideal candidate is polished, professional, personable, and customer-service focused, with previous apartment leasing or property management experience. This role requires someone who is confident giving tours, following up with prospective residents, handling applications and leasing paperwork, and representing a high-end property with professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Previous apartment leasing/property management experience required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong sales and follow-up abilities
• Professional appearance and presentation
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a luxury residential environment

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
Pay: $20.00 per hour
