Our Senior Shippers play an important role in making sure Leatherman products leave our facility accurately, safely, and on time—while also helping train and support others on the team.ScheduleMonday–Friday | 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.Application DeadlineApplications must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 30, 2026.What You'll DoAs a Senior Shipper, you'll perform the full range of shipping responsibilities while serving as an experienced resource for the team. You'll:Accurately pick, pack, process, and stage customer orders for shipment.Prepare domestic and international shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and Shipper Letters of Instructions.Coordinate and schedule freight pickups and obtain shipping quotes when needed.Build safe, secure pallets for freight shipments.Work directly with freight carriers to verify and release shipments.Troubleshoot routine shipping-system and order issues independently.Identify and communicate inventory, order, quality, system, and safety concerns.Operate material-handling equipment, including pallet jacks, WAV/personal lifts, forklifts, and similar equipment.Consistently meet or exceed productivity and accuracy expectations.Maintain organized shipping records and communications.Serve as an assigned trainer for employees who are new to Shipping or learning new skills.Provide respectful, constructive feedback and help others grow and succeed.Support packaging, material handling, laser engraving, and other department needs when necessary.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment using 5S principles.What We're Looking ForThis is a Senior Shipper position, so we're looking for someone who demonstrates strong performance as well as reliability and leadership through their everyday actions.Successful candidates should have:Great attendance and demonstrated reliability.A consistent record of meeting productivity, quality, safety, and accuracy expectations.Strong knowledge of shipping and warehouse processes.The ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and troubleshoot routine issues.The ability and willingness to train, support, and provide constructive feedback to others.Strong teamwork and communication skills.Good judgment and the willingness to speak up when something isn't right.A high school diploma or GED.Preferably 3–4 years of warehouse/shipping experience in a similar manufacturing environment or at least one year of experience as a Leatherman Shipper or Material Handler.Basic math and computer skills.Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; Microsoft Dynamics experience is preferred.Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position, including regularly lifting up to 50 pounds.How We Work at LeathermanWe care about what you accomplish and how you accomplish it.We're looking for someone who...- Leatherman BehaviorTakes ownership, follows through, and understands how their work impacts the team and our customers.- Empowerment – Own Your ImpactLooks for ways to make our products, processes, quality, and work better.- Hunger – Raise the BarSpeaks up when something doesn't look right, shares ideas, and respectfully challenges assumptions.- Courage – Speak Honestly.
