The reservation specialist manages client communications, reservations, scheduling and is the first point of contact for clients. They also oversee daily arrivals and departures, the tidiness of lobby, greeting dogs and their owners, and walking dogs from entrance to back. This role can expand and be cross functional in areas of interest (i.e., Website design, Social Media, Marketing, Sales, and more)!

Requirements:
· 18 years of age or older
· Ability to stand for the duration of your shift (5-10 hours)
· Ability to lift 40 pounds
· Open and flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings
· Comfortable handling dogs both on leash and off leash in a pack environment
· Kind, positive, and professional demeanor
· Receptive to feedback and adaptive
Preferences:
· Experience with reception duties, customer service, and comfortable with client interaction
· Experience in a doggie daycare, kennel, animal shelter, rescue, or veterinary facility
· Confidence in handling dogs of all breeds and personality types
· Self-motivated and self-starter with productive tendencies
· A history of both individual and teamwork
