This position serves as a key liaison between the Food Pantry and HUD Housing Program, ensuring clients receive timely food assistance and related support services. Maintains client records, communicates with the Food Pantry and Housing departments, schedules deliveries and creates delivery routes, and safely transports food throughout the Portland metropolitan area.What You Will DoCoordinate with HUD Housing Program staff regarding client referrals, service requests, and delivery needs.Deliver food boxes to homes, housing sites, and designated NARA NW locations.Coordinate client delivery schedules and maintain accurate service records.Participate in regular check-ins with Housing Program leadership and staff.Develop efficient delivery routes using mapping applications and navigation tools.Assist in fulfilling orders for clients and support food pantry operations.Collect and update client data.Perform all interactions in a personal and professional manner and be sensitive to pantry guests and their household needs.Represent NARA NW professionally while interacting with clients, community partners, and service providers.Work collaboratively, and maintain professional boundaries with clients, other NARA staff, team members, and treats everyone with respect and dignity at all times.#J-18808-Ljbffr
