Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently load and unload materials throughout the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and safety.

  • Accurately pick, pack, scan, and assemble products to fulfill customer orders effectively.

  • Utilize barcode scanners and warehouse management systems to maintain precise inventory control.

  • Count and verify all products for completeness and correctness before dispatch.

  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace following the 7S methodology to promote safety and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with team members to uphold safety standards and foster a positive working environment.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Minimum of 1 year warehouse experience preferred.

  • Proficiency with handheld scanning devices and operation of material handling equipment such as electric and manual pallet jacks, carts, and tugs.

  • Physical capability to stand, walk, and perform bending, squatting, twisting, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.

  • Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs, including items of various shapes and sizes.

  • Positive attitude with exceptional teamwork and communication skills.

  • Comfort working in varying temperature conditions.

  • Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn inventory management systems.

  • Strong Verbal and written communication skills.

  • Reliable attendance, punctuality, and flexibility to work overtime if needed.

  • Access to protective footwear on day one; PPE will be provided.

Pay Details: $18.75 to $23.25 per hour
