As the frontline of Three Rivers Therapy, our receptionist plays a vital role in creating a warm, and welcoming environment that supports both patients and staff. By coordinating patient care and managing scheduling, you ensure smooth daily operations and help reduce stress for those seeking our services.

The employee works primarily in a professional office and clinical environment with moderate noise levels and regular interaction with patients, families, visitors, and staff. This position requires the ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday, as well as use hands and arms for routine office and administrative tasks. The role may occasionally require reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, or climbing. The employee may frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
The position requires the ability to communicate verbally, hear, and perform tasks requiring close, distance, peripheral, and depth vision, as well as the ability to adjust focus. Repetitive use of the hands, wrists, and fingers may be required.
