The Order Fulfillment Associate processes customer orders using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and a ticketing system, ensuring accuracy throughout the fulfillment cycle while delivering exceptional customer service. This role focuses on reviewing and booking purchase orders, resolving order and pricing issues, and serving as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams.
This role is based in a professional office environment located in the same building as the manufacturing and supply chain teams, offering close collaboration with operational staff. Training lasts approximately two weeks and includes shadowing and role plays to build confidence in systems and processes. No travel is expected for this position. Once hired on a permanent basis, there are opportunities for pay increases, growth within the organization, and a 90-day stay bonus, making this a compelling opportunity for individuals seeking long-term development in a stable, growing company.
