PackagerIf you're looking for a job ASAP and you have Packing experience then this is the position for you!The Packager plays a key role in preparing finished products for shipment and storage by performing packaging, labeling, and basic assembly tasks in a structured, fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires careful attention to detail, the ability to follow written work orders and detailed instructions, and a strong commitment to safety and cleanliness on the production floor.ResponsibilitiesPackage finished products accurately and securely in preparation for shipment and storage.Read and comprehend detailed instructions and work orders to ensure correct packaging, labeling, and handling of products.Perform basic assembly and labeling tasks as part of the packaging process.Lift and move boxes, materials, and pallets weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.Move around the production area and stand for extended periods to complete assigned tasks.Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly, and organized condition.Follow prescribed safety regulations and guidelines at all times.Stay actively engaged by seeking the next task when a project is completed and avoiding idle time.Work effectively in a team environment while also being able to complete tasks independently.Perform other packaging and production-related duties as assigned.Essential Skills1–2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.Ability to lift and safely handle items weighing up to 50 pounds.Ability to comprehend detailed instructions and accurately read work orders.Strong attention to detail to ensure correct packaging, labeling, and assembly.Good manual dexterity for handling products, packaging materials, and labels.Ability to move around the facility and stand for an entire shift when necessary.Demonstrated ability to work well within a team-oriented environment.Commitment to maintaining a clean, orderly work area and following safety regulations.Reliability and willingness to work additional hours when required.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience in packaging, assembly, or production roles.Experience with labeling processes and packaging equipment.Ability to stay focused and productive in a fast-paced, structured environment.Comfort working both collaboratively with a team and independently.Strong work ethic with a proactive approach to asking for new tasks when one project is completed.Why Work Here?This opportunity offers a structured and team-oriented environment where you can contribute directly to the quality and reliability of products shipped to customers.
