Quality Assurance PositionMadden Industrial Craftsmen is looking to find someone in Quality Assurance to ensure that products meet specifications on a swing shift for a full service heat treating facility in Tualatin, OR. The right candidate for this position should have at least a little experience in QA, and if you have knowledge in Furnace Operations that is a huge plus! You will need to be comfortable with the following responsibilities: checking/verifying equipment status, ensuring the shop is clean, organized and free of dangerous, hazardous materials, checking the rush list and schedule, performing minor maintenance tasks, answering phones in a professional manner, handling incoming/outgoing logistics, product processing, inspecting parts to ship, daily reports via email to Production Manager, forklift and crane operation.Qualifications: Forklift and crane operation a must, attention to detail, ability to communicate, time management skills, critical thinking skills, computer skills: Excel, MS Word/Windows, proficient with basic math, knowledge of various materials, quality minded, able to work outside the box without a "that's not my job" mentality. Shift details: swing shift Monday - Thursday (could be Mon-Fri) 1:00pm - 11:00pm $20+/hr to start (depending on experience).
