Production Expeditor Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a Production Expeditor for a long-term role with a plastics manufacturer located in Tigard, OR. The Production Expeditor coordinates the flow of work and materials between departments.Production Expeditor Responsibilities:Facilitate the efficient flow of materials and jobs on the manufacturing floorWork with production managers to identify issues or constraints and communicate impact to appropriate partiesTrack expedited and/or key jobs to ensure they remain on track. Provide solutions to realign jobs that are off scheduleProvide analysis on potential expedites including impacts on existing schedulesPerform as liaison between PM/Sales and Production groupsOther duties as requestedProduction Expeditor Qualifications:2+ years of experience working in a manufacturing, industrial machining or fabrication assembly environment working with metal or plasticPrevious production planning or expediting experienceExcellent organizational skillsAble to work within the MS Office suite environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels and disciplinesFamiliarity with lean manufacturing principles in a low volume manufacturing environmentAbility to lift and carry 35 lbsBenefits:$27-$30/hrMedicalPaid Sick Leave401(K) with matchPaid Holidays
