Our team of certified technicians, water care specialists, and customer service representatives excel in providing unparalleled post-purchase assistance, setting a benchmark in the industry.Job Overview:The Warehouse Associate plays an essential role in supporting daily warehouse and distribution operations. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, preparing customer orders, supporting shipments, and ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.Pay Range: $21.00 - $22.00 /HourlyCompensation within range to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge and skills, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.Responsibilities:Pick, pack, scan, and label orders accurately to ensure timely shipmentLoad and unload incoming and outgoing shipments while inspecting products for damageReceive, stock, and organize inventory to maintain an efficient warehouse flowPerform cycle counts and assist with resolving inventory discrepanciesSafely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scannersMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following company safety standardsAssist with preparing shipments, processing returns, and supporting warehouse activities as neededCollaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goalsSupport special projects and additional warehouse responsibilities based on business needsReport safety concerns, equipment issues, and inventory discrepancies promptlyQualifications:Ability to safely lift, push, and pull inventory weighing 50+ lbsAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shiftReliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyBasic computer skills; experience with Warehouse Management Systems is preferredStrong communication and teamwork skillsFlexible availability; schedules may vary between 3–6 hours or longer depending on business needsWe offer our employees competitive compensation, extensive paid training, comprehensive and flexible suite of benefits package, 401K with company match, team member discounts, rewards for top performers, and most importantly career advancement opportunities.Leslie's recognizes a critical component to our continued success is our people.
