This role supports food safety, quality assurance, and production activities involving fresh and packaged fruit such as strawberries and black raspberries. The ideal candidate has prior food processing QC experience and is comfortable working long shifts in a fast-paced production environment.Key Responsibilities Perform quality control testing on fruit and fruit packaging for food safety complianceConduct physical inspections of product and packaging throughout productionMonitor and document quality standards during processingSupport the production floor as needed during high-volume periodsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local food safety regulationsAssist with basic laboratory or in-process testing as requiredCommunicate quality issues clearly to production and leadership teamsQualifications Laboratory testing experience requiredFruit processing or fruit packaging experience strongly preferred but not requiredBilingual in English and Spanish preferredAbility to work flexible schedules, including long shifts and up to 7 days per weekComfortable working in a production environment during peak harvest seasonPay: $20 to $25 per hourSchedule: 5-7 days per week, starting between 10:00 or 11:00 a.m.; shifts range from 8 to 15 hours per day#J-18808-Ljbffr
