We are seeking an experienced assembler to join our team, specializing in the assembly and inspection of mechanical parts for aviation headsets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assembly and electronics, with good hearing ability for testing. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and functionality of headsets used in the aviation industry.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble mechanical parts for aviation headsets.
  • Inspect and test components to ensure quality standards.
  • Perform board level testing.
  • Conduct soldering and rework as needed.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in assembly and electronics.
  • Ability to inspect and assemble mechanical parts.
  • Good hearing ability for testing purposes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with soldering and PCB rework is a plus.
  • Familiarity with small parts assembly.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake Oswego, OR.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
