Assembler

Location: Tigard, OR Pay: $20.00/hour

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday | 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM

Position Summary

We are looking for detail-oriented Assemblers to join our team in a clean, structured manufacturing environment. In this role, you will build and test high-quality medical devices that directly support patient care and life-saving treatments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble medical devices according to established procedures and quality standards
• Perform testing, inspection, and repair of products including pacemakers, ICDs, and medical leads
• Follow detailed work instructions to ensure precision and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Accurately document production activities and maintain records
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production progress, issues, and improvement opportunities

Qualifications

• Soldering experience required
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable using computers and electronic data collection systems
• Experience using hand tools
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to work with small, delicate components
• High school diploma or GED required
