The scope of the role is centered on sustaining day to day operations by following standardized procedures and/or management's directives. They are expected to identify workflow disruptions and bring it to the attention of management/Senior Material Handlers for resolution. Effective communication between teammates, management, and business partners is critical for success and expected in this role. Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors. This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors This position includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401k, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time, and other benefits.
