WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE I

Our client has been making the best hardware and software for the professional AV market for decades, right here in Oregon.

SUMMARY

Responsible for unloading and receiving shipments, preparing outgoing shipments, and coordinating with the Customer Service team to ensure that all shipping documents are completed accurately and on time

SHIFTS: Monday - Friday (Check with your recruiter for availability)
DAY: 6 am - 2:30 pm ($18/hr) SWING: 9:30 am - 6 pm ($19/hr)

DUTIES

• Transact customer orders using ERP systems
• Package the product for shipping, ensuring all required items are in the carton
• Take an accurate inventory count of finished goods and materials
• Perform all functions in receiving
• Process domestic and international shipments
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects
• Be willing and able to train newer employees in all areas and show them the proper way to perform tasks
• Process Site-to-Site transfers as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 6 months of related experience in general warehouse duties, including receiving, packaging, and shipping
• Able to multitask and be flexible in a dynamic work environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new software applications, including navigation through the ERP system
• Must be able to obtain Forklift certification within the first 3 months of employment
