Window Dispatcher Transdev in Beaverton, Oregon is hiring a Window Dispatcher for our TriMet LIFT contract in Beaverton. The Window Dispatcher oversees road service through communication with Operators and provides customer support to the clients. The above represents the standard Corporate Policy.Key Responsibilities Oversee road service assigned carriers by tracking trip performance measures, route begin on time, performance, incidents, etc.Works closely with the Scheduler or Schedules upcoming workday shifts for bus drivers.Verbally directs/guides Bus Drivers in the understanding of basic work rules, scheduling of planned absences, bidding practices for open work, etc.Coordinates with maintenance to obtain equipment availability for service and assigns equipment to drivers.Manage emergency situations for vehicle operators, act as liaison between the carrier and emergency services.Manage daily service by reviewing route performance and proactively responding to situations that impact customer service.Other duties as required.Qualifications High School Diploma or GED; Technical Degree preferred.3-5 years' experience dispatching.Excellent verbal, interpersonal and customer service skills.Problem solving and analytical skills.Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
