You'll coordinate people, trucks, and equipment to deliver exceptional service to our customers. If you're organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy problem-solving, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities Dispatch and route field crews and vehicles efficientlyReview, create, and edit work ordersCollaborate with customers and internal teams to schedule services and resolve conflictsEnsure crews have proper training, certifications, and equipmentMonitor job progress, crew hours, and resource availabilityAdjust schedules quickly when priorities shiftComplete and submit required paperwork and reports dailyOther duties as assignedRequirements What You Bring High School diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred2+ years of dispatch experience (multi-service dispatch is a plus)Strong communication skills (written and verbal)Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entryBilingual is a plus!Able to problem-solve, prioritize tasks, and work under pressureFamiliarity with the Oregon/Washington regionPositive, professional, and team-oriented attitudeWilling to work flexible hours, including occasional nights, weekends, and overtimeRiver City is a Drug Free Workplace that follows all FEDERAL guidelines for drug testing, which prohibits the use of marijuana.River City is an equal opportunity employer.
