The Multnomah County Circuit Court is hiring a Records Clerk (Court Operations Associate).
In this roleā¦
You will perform records request searches and provide customer service over the phone, in writing, and in person at the public counter. You will also digitize court records and perform quality control checks on outdated records in preparation for their destruction. You will occasionally perform data entry, scan files, help with customer service in the jury room, and participate in the scheduled rotation of working at the offsite records warehouse.
Additionally, you will collaborate with coworkers in the Records unit to maintain the court's records retention schedule, process and store trial exhibits and search warrants, process redactions, prepare court files for transfer to the Court of Appeals, and assign transcription services as needed. These assignments will rotate and vary in complexity, but the whole team is responsible for ensuring that the day's work is completed.
Assigned tasks may be changed to accommodate workload and organizational needs.

Minimum Qualifications
