Leasing Assistant

Are you looking to break into the world of property management? Do you enjoy meeting new people and helping them find their next home? We're looking for a Leasing Assistant to support a beautiful, nearly fully-leased apartment community and act as the friendly face of the property.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who's ready to learn the ins and outs of property management. You'll be keeping things running smoothly on-site, handling inquiries, showing available units, and helping future tenants get excited about calling this place home.

Duties include:

• Greet and assist walk-in guests and respond to incoming phone inquiries
• Provide tours of the property and available units to prospective tenants
• Highlight key features of the community and help applicants envision their new home
• Support leasing efforts by helping collect applications and assisting with paperwork
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming leasing office
• Communicate with the Property Manager on questions related to rent, invoicing, or resident issues
• Monitor the property for any maintenance concerns or visitor needs
• Provide general administrative support as needed
