This opportunity lets you pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment while helping customers receive the right items on time and in excellent condition.This opportunity is based on a Warehouse Picker/Packer career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.Job DutiesPick Orders use of RF scannerBuilding BoxesPacking Orders to prepare for outboundEducation RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferred.Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution training is beneficial.Experience RequirementsAbility to accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.Experience reading pick tickets, packing lists, shipping labels, or electronic order systems.Ability to safely use RF scanners, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment as required.Strong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy and quality.Dependable attendance and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.Preferred QualificationsPrevious warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience is preferred.Experience with RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is beneficial.Knowledge of inventory control, shipping procedures, or order fulfillment best practices is considered an asset.Individuals who demonstrate reliability, productivity, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Picker Packer.6 months order pick is preferredPhysical CapabilitiesAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 50 pounds.Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards.Ability to work efficiently in warehouse and fulfillment environments while following established safety procedures.BenefitsCompetitive Weekly PayComprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.Life Insurance and Disability Insurance for added peace of mind.Optional 401(k) Plan to help you prepare for the future.Safety-Focused Warehouse Environment with opportunities for advancement and career growth.Getting started shouldn't be a headache.
