Human Resource Generalist

Looking for an opportunity to use your HR experience in a hands-on manufacturing environment? If so, this Human Resource Generalist position could be a fit for you.

This is a full-time, 2-month Human Resource Generalist contract with potential to be extended. They are looking for someone with 3+ years of progressive HR experience so you can jump right in and make an impact.

This global medical manufacturing company offers a clean, temperature-controlled work environment where teamwork, growth, and a positive work culture are valued. As a Human Resource Generalist, you'll be a hands-on, employee-facing HR partner at the manufacturing site.

Human Resource Generalist Duties:

• Support positive employee relations through proactive coaching, issue resolution, and culture reinforcement
• Partner with leaders to drive action planning from Every Voice Counts engagement result and follow through on outcomes
• Serve as a visible champion of safety, inclusion, accountability, and company values.
• Provide hands-on, employee-facing HR support to help maintain a positive workplace culture
• Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle in a manufacturing environment, including onboarding, engagement, retention, and employee relations.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Fully On-Site)

Pay: $30-$35 per hour

Human Resource Generalist Requirements:

• 3+ years of HR experience, manufacturing environment preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Experience providing employee coaching, resolving workplace issues, and supporting employee engagement.
• Ability to champion safety, inclusion, accountability, and company values in a manufacturing environment
