Our new Beaverton Recovery Center is designed to be a trauma-informed and patient-centered residential environment where individuals begin or continue their journey toward recovery. CODA's mission is to treat every individual with compassion, dignity, and evidence-based care—and our Residential Aids are vital to making that mission a reality.About the Role:As a Residential Aid, you'll be responsible for supporting a safe, secure, and therapeutic living environment for patients engaged in recovery services. You'll monitor patient activity, provide transportation and documentation support, maintain order and cleanliness in the facility, and play a key role in establishing a respectful and stable treatment community.
