This position is primarily responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient flight environment for customers and employees from around the world.Please note: This is a non-certified dispatcher position.Job Duties:Uphold safety standards of HAAMaintain and optimize aircraft schedule after daily posting by Scheduling TeamAccurate aircraft maintenance data entry into tracking systems, and constant vigilance of aircraft inspection due timesCommunicate directly with maintenance department for scheduled and unscheduled resource maintenanceInvoice customers and employees for services and materialsAviation radio and multi-line phoneAuditing flight logs for accurate billingProjects as assigned by management teamDispatch office organization and upkeepQualifications/Licenses:Valid driver's license with good driving record preferredHigh School Diploma or equivalentRequired Skills/Experience:Familiarity with Microsoft Office SuiteProficient in multi-taskingTeam playerPreferred Skills/Experience:General aviation knowledgeAdditional Notes:Position is part-timeAverage 15-25 hours per weekEvening and/or weekend availability requiredEntry-level position starting at minimum wageHillsboro Aero Academy is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
