Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates.ResponsibilitiesOversee the office operations pertaining to new and existing customer request and needsDevelop and implement customer service policies and procedures.Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.Train and mentor customer service representatives.QualificationsPrior agency experience looking for a managerial role.Previous State Farm agency experience.Leadership and organizational skills.Communication and problem-solving abilities.Ability to direct a team to complete the urgent and important of every dayProperty/Casualty/Life and Health licensed.Bi-lingual in Spanish and English (not required) but a major advantage.Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Compensation: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
