Bookkeeper - SW Portland

What You'll Do

• Maintain and reconcile financial records using QuickBooks
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare and send invoices, track payments, and follow up on past-due accounts
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
• Prepare financial reports and summaries for management
• Assist with payroll, expense tracking, and month-end closing activities

• 2 or more years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Hands-on QuickBooks experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion
• Meets daily deadlines and works with minimal supervision after training

• QuickBooks Online experience
• Experience preparing monthly financial statements
• Accounting or bookkeeping certification
