The role requires organization, sound judgment, problem-solving, and the ability to adapt when conditions change.ResponsibilitiesSafely operate a company-provided vehicle throughout the workdayLoad and organize packages and complete assigned stops accuratelyUse company-provided navigation and route technologyFollow traffic laws, safety requirements, and customer instructionsResolve routine address and access issues using sound judgmentCommunicate delays, exceptions, safety concerns, and vehicle issues to dispatchProtect packages, customer property, and company equipmentSupport route adjustments and team needs when assignedQualificationsAt least 21 years of ageValid driver's licenseReliable attendance and sound judgmentAbility to work independently and adapt to changing conditionsClear communication and problem-solving skillsComfortable using mobile navigation and delivery technologyAbility to lift up to 50 pounds, repeatedly enter and exit a vehicle, use stairs, and work outdoors in changing weatherAbility to perform the essential duties with or without reasonable accommodationMoveAxis Services LLC is the hiring employer.
